Returns & Exchanges

At Technic-3D-Blocks, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 14-day return and exchange window from the date your order is delivered.

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement: Because every item is custom-built to order in our UK studio, buyers must contact us first at technic.3d.blocks@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

• Damaged or Fitment Issues: If your item arrives damaged or there is a significant fitment issue with your scale model, please email us a clear photo of the part. We will gladly arrange a replacement to ensure your build is race-ready. In these cases, you do not need to ship the broken part back.

• Change of Mind: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our 3D-printed upgrades, we only accept returns for change of mind if the item is completely unused and unopened. To initiate a return, please email us at technic.3d.blocks@gmail.com with clear photos showing the original packaging with the two fragile stickers intact (top and bottom). If the stickers have been broken, the item is no longer eligible for a return.

Please note: As mentioned on our product pages, minor surface variations are a natural characteristic of the 3D-printing process and are not considered manufacturing defects.
