Shipping & Delivery
- Processing Time: Every set is printed to order in our UK workshop. Please allow up to five business days for your parts to be manufactured and quality-checked before dispatch.
- UK Shipping: We offer free tracked delivery throughout the UK.
- International Shipping: We ship to F1 fans worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Packaging: All items are carefully packed in protective materials to help ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.
Returns & Exchanges
- How to Request a Return or Exchange: Please contact us at technic.3d.blocks@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for your request, and we will explain the next steps.
- Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, or there is a significant fitment issue with your scale model, please contact us promptly. We may ask for clear photographs of the affected part and its packaging to help us assess the issue. Depending on the circumstances and your applicable statutory rights, we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund. If a return is required, we will cover the reasonable return cost.
- Change-of-Mind Returns: Where a statutory right to cancel applies, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return it. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the return postage costs.
Cancellation Policy
Production begins shortly after an order is placed. Please request a cancellation within one hour of placing your order. We will try to accommodate requests received after this period, but cancellation may not be possible once production has begun.
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order. To exercise this right, please contact us at technic.3d.blocks@gmail.com with your order details. Please note that certain custom-made or personalised items may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law
