Returns & Exchanges

At Technic-3D-Blocks, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 14-day return and exchange window, starting from delivery of the last item in your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement: Because every item is custom-built to order in our UK studio, buyers must contact us first at technic.3d.blocks@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or Fitment Issues: If your item arrives damaged or there is a significant fitment issue with your scale model, please email us a clear photo of the part. We will gladly arrange a replacement to ensure your build is race-ready. In these cases, you do not need to ship the broken part back.

Change of Mind: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our 3D-printed upgrades, we only accept returns for change of mind if the item is completely unused and unopened. To initiate a return, please email us at technic.3d.blocks@gmail.com with clear photos showing the original packaging with the two fragile stickers intact (top and bottom). If the stickers have been broken, the item is no longer eligible for a return.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal: If you are an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, starting from delivery of the last item in your order. This right is extended to account for weekends and public holidays. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at technic.3d.blocks@gmail.com with your order details. Please note that certain custom-made or personalised items may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible — cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour of placing your order, as production begins immediately.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item or your cancellation request, in accordance with EU requirements.

Please note: As mentioned on our product pages, minor surface variations are a natural characteristic of the 3D-printing process and are not considered manufacturing defects.
